We recently reviewed a bunch of competitive research tools , and in that spirit I thought it would be a good idea to review Alexa . It is not that Alexa is the #1 service available, but they do provide one of the better services while being free . Every few years it seems they fall behind and become a bit of a relic, and then every few years they catch up. Recently when using Alexa I saw they added a good number of features, so I thought it would be worth doing a run down.

Only 62 percent of adults living with chronic disease go online, compared with 81 percent of adults with no chronic diseases, according to a new report by the Pew Internet & American Life Project. As if to make up for its brief outage earlier this week, Wikipedia has come back with some big news: the site will soon change in several important ways. It'll change soon, too, with an overhaul of the English-language version of Wikipedia scheduled to start late next month. The rollout is liable to go smoothly. It's easy to be the startup rabbit-punching the giant from below when the giant is so much taller it can't even see you when it looks down. At least that's the way I see it when Microsoft executives shepherding Bing, which is pretty much a startup, on the rare occasion criticize giant Google in public.
