But that's exactly what Canadians did this afternoon when Prime Minister Stephen Harper sat down with YouTube. Roughly 170,000 votes were cast through Google Moderator for nearly 1,800 questions - giving voice to thousands of Canadians. And don't think that these were softball questions.

Hell, I've written posts about how to write an eye-grabbing title myself. Brian wrote an entire series on headlines (including a post on why you should always write your headline first ), and he's been known to come up with some pretty catchy ones.

YouTube has expanded its partner program and has introduced "Musicians Wanted" aimed at getting independent bands or artists to submit music videos to the site. Interested independent bands or artist can apply for Musicians Wanted through YouTube's Partner Program. Those who are accepted will have their own page where they can add details about where they will be playing, provide links to buying music and showcase their music videos.
