eBay has reported its financial results for the fourth quarter, and with revenue for the quarter at $2.4 billion, up 16% from the same period in 2008. Google AdWords has just rolled out a new targeting options for mobile ads .  If you're an AdWords publisher running ads on iPhones and other mobile devices with full internet browsers, this new feature will let you target specific mobile devices or carriers instead of targetting all of them. This new feature will be most useful if you're running ads that contains specific messages pertaining to specific devices or carriers.
