by Vera H-C Chan Real estate is a precious commodity in overcrowded Hong Kong. So it's not entirely startling to learn that Bruce Lee 's old crib can be rented to couples by the hour. But the love nest's hours are numbered. Officials took advantage of the 36th anniversary of Lee's death this week (which pushed up searches on Yahoo! 645% for the late martial arts actor) to announce that they're converting the 5,600-square-foot townhouse again, this time into a museum.

Yahoo's released its second quarter earnings report, and the news isn't all that great. While the company pretty much managed to match and/or beat analysts' official expectations, some discouraging numbers came out, as did some less than pleasant predictions about the future. It looks like Microsoft may be narrowing its focus in the field of video-sharing. MSN Video will live on, but Soapbox is bound for the trashcan. Soapbox was often referred to as a YouTube clone with stricter views on copyright. It was responsible for only a small percentage of Microsoft's overall video streams, and of course even that total doesn't compare favorably to the numbers posted by sites like YouTube, MySpace, and Hulu. So it makes sense that Erik Jorgensen,
