Twitter search has been hailed as the next big thing, short of becoming the next Google. At the same time it seems that Twitter search and Twitter people search are both broken . Try searching for yourself, that is for your username. I asked my followers to check the results for their usernames and they were mixed, some could find everything, others found only some tweets. Do you know the difference between anchor text and a call to action? A call to action is any phrase that you use on your website or blog to get a user to do something. You can ask for a sale, a newsletter subscription, or just simply say "click here". That's a call to action. I just receievd a message from a colleague that Yahoo has raised their Yahoo Search Submit (Paid Inclusion) price by more than 100%, without first notifying the 'advertiser'. The company was informed that their clicks have been raised in their vertical from less than 50 cents to over $1' after the fact.
