Sounds like a novelty question - do you train your SEO consultant? I would hope he would train me a little so I could recognize when their work was succeeding. Believe it not, if your don't train, or perhaps a better word is educate, your SEO consultants, they will struggle to get your pages to the top of the SERP's.
