Google quietly announced the changes to AdWords on Thursday through their blog. Last day of Search Engine Strategies conference may have been a strategy in itself. I had not heard of this during the conference - though it was a hectic one to say the least. But from what I have read, Google is about to turn back on all inactive keywords - that is a lot of accounts that will suddenly see a spike in spend.
As your blog gets bigger and the number of pages expand, sometimes it can be difficult for your readers to find information. We live in an instant world where people want everything at their fingertips. One of the best ways to help your readers is to have a well placed internal search option. There are other options. I had a great viral idea the other day when my son came home with a shoe full of sand (see picture, because I really mean a SHOE FULL!!). This picture I am showing you is the sand that came out of only ONE of his shoes from a day of playing on the Kindergarten playground. Another week went by with the world on edge ??" what will SearchViews pick as their weekly roundup articles? By extension, what will be the search industry chatter in the boardrooms, bedrooms and emergency rooms across the nation? by Vera H-C Chan When you're trying to decide where to spend four-plus years of your life, rank matters. Proximity, tuition, and size figure into deciding where to go to college. More complicated criteria require prospective students and their parents to rely upon college rankings. How these lists measure quality, though, isn't always a numbers-crunching game. In other words, a ranking doesn't always depend on seemingly straightforward factors like graduation rates, student G.
by Molly McCall We did our best to look away. After the run-in with the chupacabra and the smackdown over Bigfoot, we didn't think we could go nose to snout with another monstrous creature. But the goblin shark wouldn't leave us alone. Of course, this mind-boggling beastie is actually real. Making its home far below the ocean's surface, the goblin shark trawls for fish, octopus, and crab. Rarely seen, the animal almost never interacts with humans.
